Good
conditions with light winds and bits of sun poking through; there were just
baby Blackbirds and Linnets in the nets first thing before birds along the west
coast census route included a Curlew
Sandpiper on Gretchen, a single Golden Plover on Westbeach, 45 Turnstone
and 20 Sanderling in Lenswick, 21 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a Kestrel which
flew south over Holland and the Black-throated
