Same again with a brisk SW
wind and bright conditions; birds in the Hooking census area included great
views of the Short-eared Owl on The Links, a Swift and 2 Black-tailed Godwits
and a Ruff with the usual wader flock round Hooking (plus six more Ruff in the
field by Holland).
