A very different day with
complete cloud cover but hardly a breath of wind and mist coming in late
afternoon; there wasn’t too much different in the Brides census route where high
numbers of Great-northern Divers offshore were the main feature with 42+
counted round from The Lurn to Linklet Bay.
The Kumlien’s Gull was again on Brides while
other birds included 2 Woodcock, 72+ Fieldfare, 45+ Skylarks, 40+ Redwings, 26
Linnets, 2 Snow Buntings and the 3 Barnacle Geese below The Mill again.
