After the very hectic autumn season at Gedser I took a long route back to sunny Shropshire; it wasn't a real birding trip but I managed to get out with my camera at every stop. It started off with a few nights in Copenhagen, I wandered about aimlessly for a few hours most mornings but there was very little to report with lots of ducks and gulls but I failed to find anything interesting with a handful of Scaup the best I could do.
A really good looking 'Nordic' Jackdaw in Copenhagen with a really strong white neck patch; most of the others seen were no where near as prominent as this one
Hooded Crow
