A
decent day with lightish winds, I had an hour’s seawatch first thing where
birds included a Little Auk, 2 Sooty Shearwaters, 252 Kittiwakes, 286 large Auk
sp. and 120 Fulmars. A walk round the
Obs census route then produced the Black Redstart still by the pier, 7 Snow
Buntings, 436 Golden Plover, 62 Wigeon, 2 Pintail and 5 Great-northern Divers.
