15th November
A
calm day, dry and bright; I went into town on the boat for the day where the
only birds of note came from the pier as I waited for the ferry – a flock of 18
Snow Buntings headed out south and a late flock of 25 Siskins came in off from
the south. There was nothing to mention
off the boat but the usual photogenic Long-tailed Ducks were on the Peedie Sea along
with the usual hybrid drake American x Eurasian Wigeon.
